Rosemary & Garlic Coated Pork Cube Steaks

1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons rosemary
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
4 cube steaks
Directions:

1. Place flour, walnuts, parmesan, rosemary and garlic powder in food processer and process
for 1 – 2 minutes till coating consistence; place mixture in a pie plate and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in skillet.

3. Season cube steaks with salt and pepper; then dredge in the flour mixture.

4. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side depending on size of meat.

We tried this without the nuts and cheese. Still very good.
