Chocolate Syrup Brownies

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 can (1#) chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time
beating well after each addition. Add flour alternately with syrup and
vanilla. Beat well. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13
pan. Bake at 350 30 - 35 minutes or until done. Cool and cut into squares.
