Peanut Butter Puffs

2 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter

Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Adding sugar very gradually,
beat until stiff peaks form. Beat peanut butter to soften, then fold thoroughly
into meringue

Drop from teaspoon 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake in a slow oven,
325 degrees, for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool down, then
remove from pan. Makes about 24 cookies.
