Red Salsa

20 Chiles de Arbol
5 Tomatillo (Green Tomato)
1 Garlic
1/4 Cup water
Salt to add taste

Roast the chile de arbor and tomatillo in a skillet,
cook until its toasted.

After it's cooked put the Chile and tomatillo in a
blender with the garlic and water, blend well.

Enjoy with chips or on your favorite food.
