Pork spareribs with Sauerkraut and Caraway Seeds

1 - 32 Oz. Jar of Claussens sauerkraut, the refrigerated kind
3 pounds pork spare ribs (or so)
1/2 Tbsp caraway seeds
Salt
Pepper

Cut the ribs in 2 rib sections and salt and pepper. Stack the ribs
in the bottom of the crock pot. Add the sauerkraut, juice and all.
Sprinkle with the caraway seeds.

Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or on low for 8-10 hours.

This dish goes really well with mashed potato's. It is the kind of
meal that makes you wish you had to stomachs.
